Andrea De Paoli was born in 13th march 1976 .He started playing keyboards soon when he was very young. He was playing everything had black and white keys, like old winding organs,pianos and small electronic keyboards, even if the definitive study of the keyboards began at age of 13.

After a couple of year he decided to drop temporarily the classical studying playing just with his natural born instinct. When the times was good he took the classical studying again .

His first band called "Master of fly" was formed in 1992 with some friends of his town. The following years he played in several rock and metal cover band.

In 1995 Andrea De Paoli  at 19 years old plays in his first official tape with a rock/fusion guitar player graduated at Cpm school called Matteo Salvi. They decided to call the project "Nemesi", the goddess of vengeance.

After this experience began the most important period of his career .This is the year 1996. Wild Steel the italian masked singer and him formed "Shadows of Steel". The first metal album of this band was released in 1997 with the homonymous title. During the recording sessions Andrea met some Labyrinth members that engaged him as keyboards player and arranger.

At the end of 1997 Andrea played the keyboards of "Return to Heaven Denied", the second Labyrinth's album an international success of sellings (more than 100.000 copies) and fantastic reviews everywhere. A couple of month later Andrea plays "Twilight" always with Shadows of Steel, then He became an effective member of Labyrinth with whom he tours all over the world.

In 1999 He starts to play the  keyboards lines also with Vision Divine and Fabio Lione the Rhapsody singer with wich Andrea plays two albums and run on stage all over the world again in innumerable gigs as headliners or as support of some of the greatest rock and metal bands of all times such as Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Metallica, Yngwie Malmsteen and many more...The same things he did with Labyrinth.

Actually he is arranger and keyboardist for some  italian and international authors and collaborate with a pool of musician for the production of tv ,spot and movies soundtracks.In the meantime he tooks the graduation in modern musical theory.
2004 and 2005 are the years of the great Asian tour with Labyrinth as headliners where China, Japan, Hong kong, Taiwan were touched.Always in this year Labyrinth toured in Italy with Dream theater and Angra and the last album "Freeman" got in the italian and Japanese charts. 

Lately he started an important collaboration with the great drummer and percussionist Tony Liotta already musician who play with George Michael, Santana, David Bowie, Tina Turner, Chaka Khan, Chick Corea....and many more.Andrea works with Tony as keyboard player, songwriter and session man. This is the way that lead Andrea into Latin and fusion genres of music after years of rock collaborations.

He has also collaborate as modern keyboards classes Teacher at Berimbau School in Treviso (Ita) and Tony Liotta music school in Dortmund (Germany) .
In the year 2007 the instrumental work for the italian guitarist Simone Fiorletta " My secret diary"  was defined one of the best instrumental album of the last 20 years and Andrea De Paoli one of the best rock keyboardists around.
The collaboration as keyboardist in different albums and different kind of music in 2006 and 2007 began innumerable and actually is touring Italy, Europe and Asia with Labyrinth.
